Every year Ramona watched her Nanny make a big to-do about Christmas never knowing why. Why did they have such a big dinner? Why was going to church to celebrate so important? Why did our clothing have to be so special for this day? Why did they have such a big dinner? Why was going to church to celebrate so important? The eggs were dyed and baskets were made. This Easter is when Ramona learns the “why” for it all.
For Nanny cooking and making desserts for her family and friends was one of her favorite pastimes. It was her way of showing her love. To now have her granddaughter Ramona want to learn one of her favorites, ice cream was like whipped cream with the cherry on top. Come along with "Nanny and Me" as Ramona learns how to make ice cream.
